Been going on for a while and getting progressively worse. Problem can be felt at the pedal and appears to be coming from the drivers side front brake.

I have tried three brands of pads, new rotors, new hubs and it still persists. Had fluid flushed when braided lines were installed. Have tried with and without insulators between pad and pistons. Have tried braking compound between pistons and pads. No unusual wear. Have tried flushing brake dust from area regularly and this seems to help to a certain degree.

I am thinking a sticky piston on the caliper?

Wheel turns freely if jacked up. No apparent cause, everything looks good.

Vehicle is 2009.5 SS manual ute with Brembo Redline brakes up front.

Couple of workshops have shrugged their shoulders at me.

Any tips?

Have you done the back brakes as well cheak discs for out of round on the car even if they are new rotors,is anything scraping or loose try and spin the wheels up on stands see if you can isolate it good luck.
