Oil Recommendations

Hi, wondering about oil recommendations, brand/viscosity for a VZ SS 6 speed manual, 130,000 km , daily driver. Going to change mechanics and repco has a good sale on at the moment. Thinking of supplying the oil to save a bit.

I use Penrite 10-70 race full synth in my VZ 6L, runs noticeably quieter in the valve train too.

Been looking at the Nulon full synthetic, or Valvoline Synpower. The nulon website tell me that 0w-40 is the best, 5w-40 is next best, and the last for my car would be the 10w/40. All synthetic.
