Few Questions

hey I have decided to turbo a VX SS commodore for about 12grand inlcuding-

Turbo Kit
Fuel System + injectors
Exhaust system
tuned
heavy duty clutch

Few questions,

I have about $1,500 to spend on the engine itself.

Can anyone recommend what I need to get to help it run the turbo system smoothly?

Also, I can get a good turbo kit for around 6,500.

Does anyone have any better recommendations?

Have you priced things up to have a budget for $12k?
I've looked around for a while and I think you would be very hard pressed to get it all for that.
But if your going to do little to no engine work, I would definitely do valve springs if it's standard.

PSI valve springs number 1511 would be good.
