Removing O2 sensor tips??

Hi all, my catback arrived today so I'm going to install myself. So far so good but are there any secrets to removing the O2 sensors? They are tight as. Are they reverse thread or any other hints?

All done, a good soaking in CRC and they finally gave up.

Looks great, fit up up great but have only had a quick drive. No real drone at cruising speeds but quite a bit under normal acceleration. Saying that I'll give it a few thousand ks to bed in.

Reckon you'll get use/live with that cause drone will do ya head in whilst cruising..nothing worse!

spoke to the supplier he was very helpful, has offered to pop it on a hoist back every bolt off to find its happy place then tighten it all again so its not under load etc...he did say give it some time as well he does not have drone complaints...time will tell.
