Installing Ladder bars VE ute

Hi,

I've got a VE SSV ute with a hard lid and recently picked up a set of second hand ladder bars.

Mainly i want to use the ladder bars when needing to transport longer items (not often, kayak, etc).

I was wondering has anyone installed ladder bars? and if so where the second hole comes from!! ie - i notice on both the front and back bar there are 2 holes on each side to mount to the ute, yet on the ute there is only the one hole??

is there another hole behind the ute liner? or does something need to be made specifically?
