Im looking at setting up a new PC for my office. I use it for MYOB, emails and general spread sheets etc so don't need anything lavish. I do want to run dual screens though. what are these barebone gizmo's? I don't want anything too big and they seem to fit the bill but I'm not too familiar with them...
cheers Daz

Daz, bought my last rig off this mob. Plenty on their site but I reckon if using MYOB & xl spreadsheets etc. This would be ok.

May look at upgrading the Vid card if required for dual monitors.

I bought the i7 gaming rig for speed, though mostly use mine for business. We use MYOB on an older rig i3 & works well.
Good luck with it.

If you just want something as you describe, just pick yourself up an INTEL NUC. They're cheap, reliable, and take up almost zero space.

The ones we use come with a mini HDMI as well as a Mini Displayport so they'll happily run 2 monitors.

If you are trying to save some coin, also look at getting a refurbished PC. We have a place near us in Melbourne that buys machines and laptops from big companies that replace their systems on a regular cycle (2-3 years typically) and you can buy them cleaned up and formatted for CHEAP. If you are only running accounting software and email it could be an option.

I usually send people straight to Dell.
This one looks alright and you can save some coin if your existing monitor is OK.
