Taking a friend of mine over to Sams performance to get his ve 2013 ss wagon modded.Now I dont have a idea of what it may cost for a tune,intake and cat back exhaust.Friend wants a rough ball park figure to go off before he goes over next week.Can some one give me rough $$$$$ figure for them.Thanks

With walky stuff, theyre over priced re badged products, like VCM Intake, dif illipo exhaust and a generic soft tune, the exhaust system is quiet and sounds soft. Your paying for the name Walkinshaw. A lot think because theyre walkinshaw , theyre better than everything else and can brag, but tell your frend to ring around a few other shops on packages on other systems and a custom tune.

I’ve had a few cars done at Sam’s and he does a lot more than just Walkinshaw.

Tell him what you want to achieve and he’ll advise you.

I agree the Walkinshaw path is over rated and overpriced.

For the price you pay on it you could possible end up with a tune, CAI & full exhaust from another good brand for close to the same money.

Good move with choosing to go to Sams. He is one of the best tuners (for LS engines) on this planet. He can solve any tune related problem thrown at him. And no need to get the over priced Walkinshaw crap...just tell him what you want & he'll advise the best bang for your buck solution
