hi all,

hoping i can get some feedback.
I have a VE ssv series 1 which has the stereo bluetooth but only for phonecalls, not able to stream pandora, etc.

I've currently got through the patch interface connected 2 items from ASL media (IPOD connector and a reverse camera) these both work fine together.
I'm looking at options so that im able to stream from my phone and ive noticed the following on Ebay "Wireless Music Box"
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Wireless-Music-Box-Holden-VE-WM-HSV-E1-E2-SV6-SS-SSV-omega-maloo-iPod-Android-/301960809066?hash=item464e444a6a:g:7ScAAOSw5dNWnbK d

My questions:
1) has anyone used the wireless music box? is it any good?
2) if it connects through wireless how does data still stream?
3) does anyone use this as well as a reverse camera or other product on the patch interface?
4) anyone know of any other options for streaming music? bluetooth?

thanks!!!!

I use a rechargeable Bluetooth module from Jaycar in my E1 Senator that cost me about $40. I've used the Rear Aux input wiring and soldered in a 3.5mm jack and it works a treat.

Yes, I could have used the front input on the headunit but I like things to look neat.

I see you're in Canberra. Shoot me a PM if you want to take a squizz.

hey Mick!

Thanks mate, I'd love to know more. Any chance you can point me to the model on Jaycar website?

like the sound of it... would love to organise to have a look at it!
