Does anybody know where I can purchase a new LS1 crankshaft.... Standard crank, not stroked.
Thanks, John.

I think you might be the first in the history of man kind to ask that question!! I doubt Holden would carry them anymore.
Did the harmonic balancer install/removal not go so well?
They do make aftermarket cranks in the standard stroke configuration.

Can't you go a stroker crank perhaps? :up2sum: :D
Probably from Eagle auto spares, if they don't have one they'd be able to get one ex USA I'd bet, but expect to pay though the nose for it.

First time this has happened. I made a BIG mistake and used the old bolt to run the new HB into the crank.
It stuffed the threads....I have learnt an expensive lesson.
I managed to find a new crank..I have to wait a couple of days for del.

A long ago deceased mate of mine used to say "well wouldn't that make a big dog f#ck a little one". I hope for your and your wallet's sake the engine was on a stand and not in the car when it all went to shit.
