using TORQUE PRO with a dongle

hi guys need some help and advice
i have bought a PX 1 ford ranger wild track ( sorry LOL ) to tow our 3.T van , the Maloo was not legal with that wight
but i want to monitor the TFT ECT boost EOT pids and im looking for a reliable dongle and a program ( have a PLX kiwi 3 and Torque Pro at the moment running on my android note 8 ver 4.2.4 ) it is BT , and shows all the important stuff for towing

i have just installed a Road Nav S160 android ver 4.4.4 ( google road nav S160 ) in dash GPS WI FI / BT USB head unit with a 8" screen i have installed torque on it but but the S160 wont read the kiwi 3 dongle ? my note 8 doese and it is very similar ver im looking for a dongle the it will read ,or should i get one that has USB connectivity and do away with the BT rubbish
so it can stay connected permanently . i have a cheap ELM 327 clone which works every now and again but only reads half the pids the PLX kiwi 3 does

so any advice on a dongle that is guaranteed to work with the S160 and is the usb the way to go ?
