Trouble is the costs of these are getting close to that of "Three pointers" prices. :yup:

Dropped from the $285K's only a couple of months back when there were 6 for sale last time I looked, now 17 for sale with the lowest @ $232K...
The usual Dreamers @ $300K... :lmao:
Prices definitely will still continue, to fall for quite some time...

No one's actually got one as they are still sitting on dealer showroom floors with fantasy price tags on them. As was teh case here in Noosa when I was last in the dealership. I laugh when I hear the W1s are all sold. No, not really, they've been sold to DPs and the like and now up for resale. An economic downturn will dramatically improve price and supply, bit like with the VL Walky, trying to shift the 501st-750th in the face of a recession didn't go well.

I've noticed that one, I think it's done 300ks, may not be new.
There seems to be a big variation in pricing, manuals seem to attract a bit of a premium, and some dealers are asking silly prices for them as are some private buyers!
We am picking up our GTSR tomorrow, White, Auto, roof, cover, full sized spare.

So did you keep the Landrover & the Audi Martin? Or which did you move on?
Now, after owning it for some time, what are your thoughts on the Audi?
They look like a fantastic little rocket! :driving:

Hello again,....I've just noticed this post!
Yes, we did sell the LandRover, but there is absolutely no way in the world that Karen would get rid of "Bess", her RS3. The RS3 is indeed a "rocket" 0-100 in 4.1 & st 1/4 in 12.1, or even better,..it depends upon the driver,...and it's also beautifully put together.
So yes, we've now got the GTSR, but when ya've spent time in an Audi etc, ya really notice that the Commodore is built, I suppose you could say, to a different standard, not that's of great concern when ya've got 435KW to play with. But I think, on a twisty road etc, the GTSR wouldn't see where the RS3 went!

Karen absolutely loves it.
Audi are pretty good to RS owners, she's had a Sandown Track Day,...instructors like Steve Johnson, an Audi Drive,...she drove an R8!!.. (& top food) to "Lake House" (5 star restaurant in Daylesford), and they picked her up by taxi & return for Oaks Day!!
But seriously, the Audi product is very good, so the GTSR ks may be kept down because sitting in the passenger seat of the RS3 is pretty good,...Quattro (4wd) is amazing from a standing start in any conditions, but particularly in the wet.
