Doing the odd special isn't unheard of, I know my local dealer has done the hard work for some buyers - I guess if you're willing to pay for it they'll get it done. I'd say it's probably cosmetic job though.
The green motorsport next door concerns me more.

Did HSV ever fit the 400KW engine to the wagon? The supercharged motors came with the bigger diff requiring a different boot floor pressing IIRC. Might be the only reason why HSV didn't do a wagon, since the same wheel base as sedan so nothing else is really different.

Couldn't even get a manual gearbox in an SS wagon if you wanted one.
If it were true that they did do a factory special
I truly doubt that the first time anyone heard of it would have been in a post on Fake Book. :nono:

As Chad found with his the PVC spare tyre well had to be modded for the big diff.

I think the only HSV that didn't get the LSA was the Grange.

whats the standard HSV LSA engine..? 400KW? if so, the answer is yes
( I know coz a test drove an LSA GenFII wagon, available in auto only, it was shit coz of the box)
also
I guess this would be similar to the LSA powered Maloos?

My lotto car.
My neighbour has a GTSR, anyone noticed how thin the spokes are on the wheels due to the calipers?
Surely that's not going to last on aussie roads.

You wouldn't want to buy cheap Chinese imitation copies of those wheels!
