VE SSV front bumper sag

Hi all. I've noticed a couple of threads relating to HSV front bumpers sagging. Mine is just your common or garden 2007 VE SSV ute. I've noticed the front bumper has dropped about 1cm judging by the gap under the bonnet between the headlights. The weight of the bumper is now being taken by the inside edges of the headlights themselves, and eventually the paint will chafe through. Has anyone found a cure for this, and if so how easy is it? The bumper hits the road too easily, and it's driving me nuts.
