Did a High Performance Day today at Calder Park it was my first time on a race track cooked my brakes but had fun oh and i boiled my power steering as well so my engine bay is pretty pink (yes i know i need a power steering cooler)

Anyway i ran a 1min 11sec lap full track learnt some good hints and tips and realised its not all about how fast you drive.

Dont know if it was a fast time by i was happy with my time by my mods just exhaust cold air and lowered springs . But always room for an improvement.

For a minute there, I thought that was the drags - would have said that was the worlds slowest LS1 :p

Well done. Heres some examples of lap times at Calder http://www.freshairmotoring.com.au/msca/calder11-02.htm

BTW I think the PS fluid can do nasty things to your paintwork :errr:

Well done Simon..
Thats a pretty good effort for a daily driver.. Brakes and PS are the first to go on a race day...

Guess this means you will be up the front with me in future ??
No excuses after this and Morwell...
