After the first fast friday at the plex WA i ended up bettering my previous best of a 13.56 to a 13.51 in qualifying then if the eliminations i cut a -.001 light  ..saw the red light and nailed it for a 13.22 @106.7 mph
Cheers HowQuick for the suspension advice ...worked a treat
now to borrow some 3.9's (i wish) and a throttle body and see if i can go a bit better next wednesday
Congrats to WAVTGENIII of 12.96 and SHort Shift for a new PB and Short Shift for coming runner up in eliminations

Go you good thing. Seems a bit slow though! What is it, a TD Gemini? Someone told me, Delco gets all stockers into the 12's over there. What's the problem?

Was a good night out, after a very long day.
Thanks to all who helped cleaning the clubby up :limpy: and for all the tips on the night ( 2nd time ever at the drags ).
PB 13.38 @ 107 mph
We where running late on the night, so there was no time to prep the car, didn't even have time to take sub, tool box or my bags out of the car as I had just arrived back from a work trip.
Thanks to all the G3WC, for there support.

Well done Nev. Got your work cut out for you now chasing that 12 since Club VX has already done it, with a MAF as well.

Several problems - an inexperienced driver (at dragging), a big fat heavy VT and..............5 litres

Competition nights are always good fun.
I managed a personal best as well with a 13.26 @ 107.41mph. I did manage to crack the tail shaft though so it was a somewhat expensive night for me.

Not many of the daily drivers over here change diff gears or tyres , this car is driven to the strip not trailered and driven every day.
Bloody good effort Nev, Zoomy and Kerry ,

YOU HAVE YOUR WORK CUT OUT FOR YOU CHASING A LOW 13 SO GET DOWN OFF YOUR LITTLE MILK CRATE
Well done  With that MPH and the right setup & conditions, you should dip into the 12's as we saw in Vic.

Hey PlanB...you must have your tuners mixed up. Sam was telling me about his Gemini exploits-Delco doesn't do any Gemini work.

Iam sure Nev is encouraged by your comments...Seems the 3.46:1 rear maybe holding him back...but if we could keep him out of the Casino he would get some nice bolt ons.

Nice times guys :D Question. I know changing diff gears will help your acceleration which propels u to quicker times..that how it works supposely. Now it comes down to the driver, the car is only as good as its driver..which means quicker times are easily acheiveable its just getting the car off the line clean and crisp..you may go slower, then again you could rip off a PB..:) ..Im gonna get someone else to drive mine, cause my launches suck!
congrats on the time especially in a ute
