As has been explained over and over, time and time again. If you have issues regarding a thread, PLEASE email moderators (http://www.ls1.com.au/forum/sendmessage.php) !
and SS346 - just get over it mate - having a whinge about it in every thread you post in will not bring your inflammatory posts back

The link for reporting to moderators is in the bottom right corner of every single post on the forums - all 127,346 of them - should be easy enough to find one :deal:

All comes through to us either way - using the Report to Moderator button is just a simpler way than opening your email program and transcribing an email, sending to your mail server and waiting for it to deliver to ours etc etc.

That’s why I asked it to be moved into the public arena, in order to provoke some interest with other people in the know without the implications of posting in Sam’s section and listening to all the pro Sam comments.
It’s a shame it went south!
SS346’s posts may have been a little abrupt, but I for one, feel they were quite valid in certain areas. It would have been nice just to prune the "inflammatory" comments out and get on with the real questions rather than locking it. IMHO!
I’m going to validate SS346 and his brother right here and now…. They really do know how to tune…. They do it for a hobby only and they are both mechanics. They ask the questions and destroy the nonsense. That’s a healthy thing for the forum, regardless of how it is conveyed.

OK, I'm prepared to reopen the thread provided it stays on topic and any disputes are made on facts without any personal "You're an idiot, that's complete garbage" nonsense
Edit: Oh, and the words "runs on the board" must not be uttered again :p

I deleted the posts and if I closed it it was by mistake .. It was meant to be left open. I do not have time nor do the other moderators to go through the posts and edit all of them ..
TAKE NOTE: If you post something that is a bait or aimed to get a rise out of people and ESPECIALLY IN THE TECH SECTION does not have any technical content. It will be deleted, you are free to repost the technical questions or answers again without the nasty baits etc. I am not going to waste time cleaning the posts up by editing them and don't expect the mods to spend time editing them either.:teach:
