Hi guys,

A mate of mine has got a price on a Black 2004 VYII S Auto. Brand new. He was quoted about $37,500 on road. Its all standard and the only option he has is for moulded mud flaps. Just wondering if this is a good price.

I know everyone says it...But have you tried out Nickh at Doncaster Holden? If he can't help you out with a car...he can normally help you out with advice and whether you are paying too much or not.
The fellow posting above is the other "car person" who would know prices too.

we have a late 2003 VY S2 "S"Pack with factory leather and side air bags and it is also a rare manual we would do this car for $34885 DRIVE AWAY*

I hopes this helps

if you require anymore info please send me a PM

If this helps we got $30,000 for a trade in for my November 2003 VYII S (20,000 km's, Quicksilver, auto, side air bags, mudguards, headlight + bonnet protectors, 1200kg towbar, which were all genuine holden accessories) which the yard then advertised for $33,990

So nickh's pricing for a new one is very good for retail... actually is cheaper than my second hand one sold for :)

Firstly, they're called mud splats - they're choice !!

Secondly, that sounds like a pretty good price if it's "drive-away".

Thirdly, if you can hold on for a few months, you'll start seeing VYII runout sales as the VZ is introduced. Alternatively, you might prefer the VZ over the VY in which case if you buy now, you'll :spew:
