Via airline. Would have taken an extra 2 days if I had have driven here and back and cost the company $1500 in fuel mileage :) Didn't want to add 3000km to the car anyways.

jsttry - sorry to drag this post up again but I noticed that you mentioned Nev's 550kw monster. If you are talking about the person I think you are - he no longer has that vehicle.

He was my lecturer at TAFE for networking.

He now has a Lamborghini Murcielago' - I heard from others who know him that whatever he did to the monster he just couldn't crack 300kmh. I have seen the car - very sweet. Appropriate number plate too.

Yeah, he's posted some pics of the Lambo on here. Was a while ago now that I posted that....he still has the Commodore then I think. No more trips planned for a while so you'll have to come up to Darwin to catch up :)
