Found out at work friday that the US has refused a shipment of GTO's until holden fixes a problem with the drop glass in the doors. When the windows go all the way up, they sit outside the weatherstrip for a small section and this can allow water to leak under the window.

Strange that they've been building Monaro's for the Australian market since the end of 2001 and the door/window design was unchanged for the GTO .... why would they suddenly start having this fault?

Pretty ironic really considering the crap engines that they send to us ................

Its called politics in the supply chain.....if you market something wrong or badly, and have trouble moving them, you do everything possible to slow up the supply to save storage costs! ;)
Ever heard of the yanks knocking back an oil shipment? :D

I thought the yanks couldn't get enough of them. No doubt 1 clown thinks he is something special knocking back a shipment just because he can. :bash:
