I'm selling it because I bought a house and the vendors want a quick settlement so I have to sell it to get the stamp duty together within 30 days. I'm not real happy because I've put so much work into it, but I have no other choice if I want this house, which I do, so unfortunately something had to be sacrificed. No more toys for me for a while!!!
