300kw Clubsport?

Read in Motor that the next Clubsport might have 300kw. However its not the GTS motor, but a holden 300kw version. Wonder if this is just another +15kw tune. (more likley)
I remember when the VTII was released, some HSV engineer said the 250kw motor was "fully optimised". You can't get any more out of it without reducing drivability/reliability.

I think the Clubbie sticks with the LS1 in 300 kw guise whereas the SS gets it in 260 kw ala VX Clubbie.

Damn shame that HSV no longer offers HSV enhanced engines like they did with the VN?-VT?. I could go for a 300kw Factory look Calais. :-)
