Some Searchs broken

If i click on a user and click find all posts, or find all threads started i get an error stating "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms." when clearly they do have posts and threads.

Any idea whats up with that? Not something ive noticed on my forum.

I get the same result just by clicking on "New Posts" on the front page even when it says there are >0 new posts.
This was seen both last night and again just now.

Edit: good luck finding this one as it appears to be intermittent...new posts just worked ok when i retried after posting this original message.

PS dunno if relevant but the new post count was reset after i posted this message and when the search worked

Never got a PM from you VooDoo.

I use that member post/thread search all the time, and can't think of any time I've had unexpected results. Threads and posts can be removed, especially if in the general sections, which is why some of the users posts or threads might not come up.

If you have a consistent issue that can be repeated, let us know. Otherwise it can be like trying to find a needle in a haystack. The problem could be at the ISP cache, browser cache, versions of software being used, or temporary glitch (it is a high volume forum), or an actual problem somewhere.
