editing avatars

hello people how do you add your own avatar to your name? ive tried to edit avatar but its ticked the box with use no avatar and wont let me untick it. any ideas how to post custom avatars?

I too asked the same question...

You need to be validated, this is done by having two people that are validated and that know you or have meet you personally request your validation...

Can the moderators state this clearly somewhere??

oh ok then, this question most probably been asked before, how do i become validated? is there any special requirements, what benefits do you get?
