what happened to the p/m button

just wondering what happened to the p/m button that used to be in the threads . when somebody posted in there post u could click on the p/m button to send a quick p/m . just made life easyer that's all .

Click on to user name and it will open up to contact info ect...

i think that only works if your validated / as it says im not allowed to use this function
