Posted over on FF, and also on V8supercarforums that Team Dynamic have been busted testing at Woomera air base. Apperently they had the team transporter and cars all covered up so nobody could see the sponsors.
Haven't heard anything official as off yet but could be some shit flying around soon.

Its definately true, I saw it on the news the other night. No word on penalty yet but I would expect it to be a harsh one.

Auto Action reports that if true , the penalty for Team Dynamik could be up to 100 point deduction and $250,000. $250K is a decent amount. Almost the cost of building a car. Then again they wont get any sympathy from me. Blatant disregard for the rules.
On the funny side they were testing at Woomera airfield. Did they manage to get the car to fly ?

Gotta love it when the witness acutally steps foward.

It is usually my friends workmates brother ( who didn't want to be named ) saw them doing it. Either way, the outcome of this will be a landmark case for future breaches.

Did someone else see Larry there assisting them :D

I had heard that they were practising traction controlled starts against SBR and PWR while Larry was assisting with their suspension for cornering. ;)

PWR and GRM have both been previously caught this year for technical breaches similar to SBR and CPR, they just weren't as advertised as neither team at the time were championship contenders.
