What is the recommended method of contacting mods for purposes such as:

1. to have a post edited after the 15 minute grace period
2. to have a post deleted, etc.

Why I ask is that I recently needed one of the above and I directly PMed a mod who was currently on line. However, this action would seem to place a special burden on that particular mod and they may well have other comittments and not be able to respond or carry out the required action before they go off line, etc.

Is there a central pool location for mod requests so that we do not direct requests to specific mods but rather to any or all mods in general?

regards

You can either click link to report the thread in question (the small apostrophe sign in the top right corner of your post) or just email moderators (http://www.ls1.com.au/forum/sendmessage.php) . Both of those methods email all Mods concurrently. This is the most direct method, as while someone may "appear" to be online, with the vast number of people on permanent net connections, they may actually be away from their PC and won't see your PM until later.

Sorry Bobg!! XLR_V8 is spot on, I leave my PC online for hours rather than hop on hop off, so although I was showing up on the forum I was not attending the PC.....

All fixed for you now though!
