Whilst bk-v8vu and me were travelling back from Airlie Beach the other weekend, we spotted this fine piece of automotive engineering.

Thought we should share it with your guys!

It was a piece of .... art i think, the old guy driving it was proud of it.

The only thing i was worried about was if it got to 100kph will stuff start flying off it??

It reminds me of the zinger burger add for KFC, where the father and son do a body kit for the old Volvo out of cardboard and draw on a couple of badges.Maybe thats where they got there inspiration from

Steal it, I don`t think they could give it away, although the art work would probably improve it`s resale value, after all it is a Ford

I think its confused with a Star Wars X-Wing

(yes it sad that i actually knew that)

there was a similar US car with the same theme on E-Bay

HAHAHA that big round thing in the middle of the bonnet near the windscreen looks a hell of a lot like the starter off an old Victa Mower.....I mean does the guy use a ripcord to start this thing......

Holy Flirking Schnit !

Perhaps it's meant to be one of those eye puzzles where if you stare at it up real close you'll see something else buried inside the image? :eyes:

I saw a funny thing a while back in Perth, there was an old mitsi p.o.s and they had plastic disc brakes over the old drum brakes on the rear laughed my ass off, had to do a double take.... :P

They must be very powerful designer drugs....

and the other thing on the bonnet looks like a giant sardine can opener! Maybe this is how you have to open it now 'cause all the stickers have stuck it shut??

Perhaps he couldn't afford the safe car (the Volvo) so he opted for the much cheaper sticker approach....I don't think anyone would be game to run into it for fear of being laughed off the planet.

It's only missing one thing.

The bumper sticker on the rear bar that says " My other car is a Hyundai Excel ".
