LS1 edit vs warranty

I was talking to a mate today, he owns a near new SS ute, i told him about the edit and the results people were getting, he asked me if it affects the warranty of the motor and/or drivetrain, i have read that many LS1 members have had the edit, does it void the warranty ?, are there ways around it ?, and is it woth the risk ?

mate there is holden dealerships that will offer u the edit as part of the package. He can get an edit and as long as he still has his maf there holden wont even no. If he is worryied he can ring his dearship and ask the question. But i say go for it he will never look back after getting an edit
