clubsport exhaust system vy series 2

tech guru's i am hoping you can help me out here. i have seen a clubsport exhaust on ebay( item number 2488844843) it is from a vy clubsport cat back. the guy said its 63mm 2 1/2 inch. will this
a: bolt straight on my vyss series 2

b. will it give me more gains than say a 2 1/2 cat back aftermarket sys

c. is it a stainless steel set.

also is a cat back a full system??? and when you put headers/extractors on and move the cats to series one postion. does the sysyten then go as follows:
headers then o2 sensor(in pipe set leading down to the vy series one pipe with cat. then 2 1/2 system cat back.

there is also a new set of headers 4 into one from online sports (ebay item number is 2478228053) would this bolt on the same as i thought above?
sorry for the long speil. any thoughts here are helpful.

The VY Clubsport system will bolt straight on. Its a low grade stainless - 409 and a magnet sticks to it so it eventually rusts.

The system is dual 2-1/4" and they still sound like a vacuum cleaner.

It is better than a SS system, but a good dual 2-1/2" system is better for sound and performance.

Be careful with your selection of extractors for VY2 as you can lose power if you choose the wrong ones. HSV's have the cats underneath as well as the O2 sensors. VY2 Holdens have the cats up in the steering rack area and have the O2 sensors close to the manifold.
