im sure a good few here have been to see whats going on and having entered previously and attending for several years ...i must say i was disappointed with the number of cars to look at....not to mention the furken $30 entry fee....that is summernats price and loads more to see and do...

i understand however the cost of running and hire of WSID and insurance and so on but geez....its a bit steep :(


anyone else share the same opinion?

wellll...it's only once a year I guess, so I just shrug and pay it. Not sure yet if I am going down this year or not . I think I enjoy the socialising more than the event itself to be honest and that is alway the motivator for going . A drink, a feed and good company is what I get the most out of from the trip. :) ...well...the cars and the comps and the strippers and the new gear on offer is good too ;)

If you look at the bigger picture, It's a great time and the admission is just an investment in it.

BTW...any word on accomodation for this year?.,..same ol same ol or was there a thought of holing up somehwere else?

i went there some top show cars were there,i only saw one ls1 racing a vx gts was doing 11.6 sec

total shite it twas...IIV8II the post was about Supernats at WSID this w/end just gone and the mention of Summernats was comparing the price/quality of show....Summernats is still THE best car festival known to man(re: bogan :):))

Last time i go to supernats....bring on the true Nats..bring on hp heroes....bring on grass events...bring on "show us ya tits" (of course) and bring on quality and quantity of Elite and Street Machines.

Cant wait til Jan
