Email Notification

I have tried to cancel the Email notification when someone repliesto a post etc, but it still keps coming through. I have logged off and logged back on but they still come through. When I go to the user CP it says NO for the email notification. What am I doing Wrong??

Edit the post and uncheck the e-mail notification.

Ahhh, So it would have only applied to new posts once I changed the user options, not posts that were already current. Thanks,
