Port match

Should I port match my manifold to suit my heads?
The intake ports on my heads are bigger than the manifold so there wont be any issue's there.The question is will it make a difference if I match them or not?
The runners are a bit rough on the inside.Is it worth cleaning them up? If so whats the best way to do it?

It's probably,
worth doing, it will help but don't expect a noticeable difference though.
Also ensuring gasket is same size too a good idea, so all three are a flush fit.

2] Depends on degree of roughness, a sanded (fine sandpaper) finish is more effective than a polished (mirror smooth and shiney)
