newbie question, im after specs for 2000 SS

newbie question sorry,
Can someone post some urls that have the specs for the 2000 model SS. Is there any way I can tell if my car has had an EDIT done ? its been lowered with kings properly, ie new camber kit and all. it has a 3inch x-over exhaust HSV one i think. thats all I know about it other than that it doesnt have a single scratch or swirl mark in it, and interior is perfect too.
