GTS 300kw ute?????

Saw a ute the other day with "GTS" and "300kw" badging.

I know Maloos are the ute equivalent of clubbys, but whats the go with this one?

Me thinks non genuine, however, I have been wrong many times before.

You never know.... It might have had a C4B dropped in it from a wrecked GTS. perhaps seats and little trim bits as well...

There was a Hyper SS ute in Mackay that was owned by the owner of the Holden Dealership here.

It had the GTS wheels and badging, but still had SS kit.

His son was driving it and I gave it a run in my edited VXII SS ... No way was it a GTS!!!!

It had nothing!

Maybe just has edit/exhaust and diff... Why not put a 300kw badge on it, would be quicker than a GTS down the 1/4 n e way.. Might stop puss box's trying to drag a 300kw monster ;)

What model was it? Wouldnt really be worth the engine swap compared to the price of getting it to 300kw you'd think, if that was the case

300kw badge is fair enough.... but putting a GTS badge on something that isn't a GTS and doesn't even look like one is LAAAME (especially on a ute that still has it's SS bodykit)

Is this ute a delft blue VU ute, if it is ,it's a 300 kw CSV (Corsa Special Vehicles) my neighbour sold his a few months ago the new owner could of put the GTS badges on it.
there's a few CSV's cruising around 2 delft blue, 1 red & 1 in black that I know of.then again it could be just a stock S pack.

I saw a "GTS" ute being advertised many months ago at a Holden dealership (i've now forgotten which one) in a magazine or paper. CB4, GTS brakes, 300Kw badging, special interior etc. The ad was black and white and I can't remember what colour it was either..

Could be geniune. AFAIK there is only one GTS ute made (going from the ad- One of a kind), they were asking fairly silly money, ~$65k..

It was before VYII so at the time the utes had only 260kw.

The one I saw was a darkish green.
