Driver training recommendations?

I am interested in driver training. I have been licensed for almost 25 years, but outside of that time on the road, have never done anything to improve my skills. Can anyone suggest some good “advanced driving” type instructors in Vic?

What do you mean by driver training? Car control for fun (race track stuff) or stuff that raises your on-road awareness, rids you of 25 years of bad habits ;) and keeps you alive etc?
