I tried to go into the dyno cell for a look but it was too crowded. You used to be able to get a bit of a view looking through the scaffold seating but they have partioned it all off this year, possibly as a soundproofing exercise. You'd need to get there at 8 o'clock in the morning and sit there all day so you did't lose your spot.
Much more exciting things to look at around the rest of the Summernats! http://www.gif-cliparts.de/grafik/gifs/pics/vorschau/4.gif

When we spoke to Rob Vickery on Saturday, he informed us that TRYHRD would not be turning up (again!), as the car was currently at the HPF with a f*&ked block. Dont know if Tassone turned up, but he wasnt there by Saturday 7pm. No Brett Waine, no Tassone, no TRYHRD :( . The tuffest car (apart from the crewman) that looked like the most likely competitor was CHRGED, but I think it made only about 800. :) RB

Just thought i'd mention that for the first time in summernats history, there was 2 Grand Champions..
Both Gary Myers Mustang and Dave Richie's XP Falcon scoring the same points, both being crowned Grand Champ, both recieving the swords and cash..

I heard it was the same VLT that has won the last 3 years?

If you guys haven't already heard eddy one it with a 1275rwhp. The dude that owns capa pulled the crewman out because he didn't like the idea of entering the car into a competition which they sponsored. Instead he said he would rather have it as an exhibition.

yer mate, it was the same light blue VL turbo as last year, it ran roughly 650rwhp I can't remember the exact figure. He said he is going to retire after this year

Street Tuna.

You're responsible for tuning the CAPA Crewman aren't you?

What tuning software did you use to acheive the 1022hp?
