Pics of my new VZ Clubby in Sting Red

Hi guys,
I know there has been a number of VZ HSV pics posted already, but not many have been sting red on colour, so heres a few pics of my new ride.

I've gone with Jed55's approach and lined up my old vehicle and new one for some lasting happy snaps....

Picked it up on thursday and been having a ball ever since.

Nice cars mate. The VZ looks like a SS when you park it next to the VX HSV like that. :) I'm searching for a demo red VZ Ls2 like that.

ok, you just scared the poop out of me....
ran out to the garage to check. No marks on the bar anywhere.

Took another look at the photo, and the *scratch* across it is actually a refelction of the sky under an an overpass (sounds funny I know). The cars are parked beside a hump-back bridge and daylight can be seen through the underside of the bridge.

Now my heartrate is dropping back to normal :(

The cars were parked under the Brian McGowen bridge near Gosford on the central coast. The day was very overcast and we had hail the evening before, so the photos were somewhat rushed. Very nice area actually....

Ahh sorry bout that mate, I got a little worried myself, cos it was in that photo and the one next to it, so I didn't think that it was just a reflection or something. Glad to know it's all good, and sorry for scarying you! :p

I think it's a shame that the "Clubsport" badge has dissapeared from the bootlid - just below the spoiler.

Congrats on your purchase looks nice.
I'm not usually a fan of the turtleshell but the engine bay looks horn.

Wow - until looking at that i didnt realise how much the VZ clubby styling resembles VX .
I wonder if that was a design brief after the mixed feeling of the angular HSV VY ?

AWESOME! :cool: love the red, had some red cars before and they are definitely faster :)

Note sure about the Mercedes style guard bit, seems like a copy. The rest of the design is hot though.

Doesnt this just look like the perfect start to a "Getaway in Gosford" video ! :D you could have them take off in the different directions, only to meet back in the same spots (but reversed sides) :p

Both cars look horn, i still prefer the vx style more, maybe thats just me :D but the VZ is looking nicer than the VY's :D

Care to give one away , im not picky .. i'll take good care of it , HONEST :lol:

I was actually thinking the same thing! It looks like they tried to get away from the VY look and it looks like a very nice integrated design similar to VX. Looks tops!

Thats because Sting red and RedHot are the same colour, holden use it as redhot, hsv label it as sting red :)
