Went to WSID last night to see how the Monaro would go and it turned out pretty good
Ran it in full street form, including regular street tyres, straight pump gas etc and exactly as it was when I pass the EPA emissions test two days prior

Big burnout again
Left car in third (1 to 1 ratio) and walked it off the line and pushed the pedal as hard as I could and as fast while trying not to spin until flat
Tyres were at 22lb
Didnt bother to check tyre pressures before hand (stupid me) and they were at 50lb which is where I left it until the last 2 races where I lowered them to 22lb to try and get traction
The tyres are BF Goodrich Profiler Gs 235/35/19 and have just on 30,000ks on them, I stopped after 5 races as I didnt want to totally kill the tyres
The car was driven from Penrith where it hasnt moved since coming home from the EPA test on Monday and from the time it left home to the time it got home it wasnt turned off at any time during the night
The Air Con was left on the whole time as well until just as I pulled up for the staging burnout and then I had it on again before I got back onto the return lane
I wanted to keep it, as much as possible, in full street form where I usually have the Air Con on all the time
At no time did I remove anything that is usually in the car, which is fairly hefty thanks to the stereo, air bags, sunroof etc (will run it over weigh bridge shortly)
Im fairly confident that it would be able to get an 11 with a bit of work but I really didnt want to kill my tyres trying it so ill slap some Nittos (or something like it) on and go back in a few weeks. I know it would be an easy 11 with slicks but I would prefer to keep it as street as possible
Really happy with the results and didnt loose a race all night :) :) :)
