i was talkin to a mate at work the other day about buyin a car, and he mentioned he knows a car wholesaler. i was wonderin wat sorta prices would a wholesaler pay for a vt/vx ss, and wat price could i get a car FROM a wholesaler? would it b similar to auction prices? there r sum real bargains at the auctions, but its pretty risky i assume. has anyone out there tried this?

Not risky, provided you are using a *Licened* Buyer.....who can bounce the vehicle if its not up to scratch......and that does not mean your good lady disapproves of the colour :)..or the cigarette lighter is missing…reputable wholesalers will charge around $500…less reputable have been known to work hand in hand with Auctions to obtain two prices. (one for your perusal. :deal: .. and one for a lot less they keep to themselves )
Average savings would be 15 to 20% below retail… sometimes more.. much more... but dependant wholly on the old supply and demand scenario and just how well your chosen wholesaler is known around the traps…..it is not a profession for a novice...just remember that the more services offered..the more you pay when all you really want is some-one who is clued up in the trade....the fancy packaging some offer is just that..fancy packaging
