Assistance needed with Haroc

[Blown 454 AWD]

I downloaded FTP Commander and installed the program.

I followed the instructions on log in and how to make a directory.

Problem, when I select LS1 Hosting and log in, the right side goes blank and if I try to make a directory it says, "Please wait! The program waits response from FTP host"

What have I done wrong??

try setting the FTP program to PASV mode.

If your behind a firewall it can affect the FTP software.
