auto upgrades

hi guys..
i have a 2000 vt witch im doing up atm ..ive done the exaust 78mm throtle body bigger intake pipes airflow meter and cold air induction...i have a stage 3 crow cam's kit,and a fast manifold ready to go one when my heads (flowed at 650hp) get here form the states and i was wondering what i can do to the stock auto to make it a little stronger...?
