Autotechnique Dyno Day (part owners of VCM Suite Australasia)

April 16th with a 9.00am start.

Factory 2, 3 Seismic Crt, Rowville. 3178.Ph: 9763 1195

Cost - $40 + snags and drinks at $1 each with all monies from the food donated to the XR6T Forum member - PASHEN - whose child is terminally ill.

THE BIG NEWS!!!

Yep, it's all happening - or so they say in the classics. Or something like that!

Every entrant (those paying their $40 for dyno runs) will be given a raffle ticket and will be in the draw for a brand new, untouched, totally sterile, but bulging at the seams with potential power, CAPA SCT box valued at $1297.

It will come with the 3 generic tunes including 8 and 10-PSI and will be taken away in the hot little hands of an entrant ON THE DAY.

Yes, you will see it with your very own eyes. Someone will WIN the CAPA unit and joyously walk or skip away with it.

Will it be you?

P.S. Log onto the Autotechnique web site, download a dyno day entry, fill it out and return either by email (info@autotechnique.com.au or info@vcm-suite.com.au) or by fax to 9763 1959 and you're in with a chance - a big chance- maybe even 20 to 1.

See you there!

Cuspub

Finally, it will be a big Ford V Holden day! Should be a lot of fun - oh and you will also see maybe two Harrop Supercharged Monaros there as well.

Do we have any members attending this? If I get time I'm going to wander down in the afternoon to have a look, and catch up with a work colleague who will be there with his XR6T.

It was yesterday Vaughn...

I didn't end up going. Spent the afternoon putting up curtains for the wife. What a crappy job that was.

Was a good day. Not many LS1s though. The XR8s typically made 205rwkw and and XR6 turbos 190rwkw. Mario will hold an LS1 dyno day soon so stay tuned.

Highlights:

Ken Harrops TUF-386 M112 supercharged Monaro tipping 305rwkw
Some XR6 Turbo pulling 600HP+
And another XR6
And another XR6
And another XR6... (you get the picture)

The DynoLogic software is truly awesome. Makes DynoDynamics look pre-historic.
