Last night at Wisd Elias took his Blown VN ute for another run down the Qtr. Last time he was out there he ran a 10.7 and was told to take it home and put in a cage. He went last night with his cage fireproof outfit tech inspection and drove the car to a 9.9sec 140mph pass. This is a full weight car coming in at 3800lbs in full street trim with slicks.

Wsid has now told him to take it away and put a Parachute on before he comes back. Wish I had that problem

Well done guys great work.

That has to make you smile when they send you away to fit a parachute to your car.

We should get a few parachutes made up with Sam's logo on them :yup:

Shit, imagine it with a V7YSi in place. Thats moving for a Holden engine.

Certainly is. Its a very strong car. HAs the headlight removed and replaced with an air intake which also helps get enough air into the engine.
