Glass cleaner such as Windex will bring them up a treat.

Sound's strange I know but it works. ;)

Im not sure with the Shadow Chrome but with my VY SS wheels, I use a "Mag Wheel Cleaner" just spray it on, let it dry for 1 minute, then use some high pressure water over it, and they come out sparkling, you dont have to rub nothing with a sponge or anything, touchless = no scratches either. :)

On my roadbike i have been using Nifti(kitchen cleaner) for years on the white wheels, spray on and clean with a rag. I gave it a go on the vz wheels and works well too, not sure how it would go on shadow chrome.

I wash the wheels as normal with soap then I chamois them dry then I use Mr Sheen. With Mr sheen it lives a coating on the wheel then when they get dirty again I just wipe them off. Hope this is of some help.

There was a thread on mag wheel cleaning last year somtime. I am still using the dunny brush - very easy to wipe between spokes and ensure inner rim is always clean.
