Posting attachments ?

How do I get permission to post attachements ?

You dont. Attachments are for moderators only. If you want a photo hosted there is a post by Haroc showing you how or host the file on your own webspace and link to it.

As VooDoo has stated, you cant "attach" files to be hosted, you need to host them yourself and use the & Tags. This is partially due to the massive overhead on the server and storage that would be required if this option was enabled.
