Yep, I did this soon after I got the VX. Its a great addition and makes finding things at night alot easier.
I no longer have the part numbers, but they should be pretty easy to find from the dealer. I bought the switch which goes up the back of the console
and the globe and lamp assembly, all for around 13 bucks (I also believe others on here bought the witing harness from Holden too).
The lamp assembly looks similar to the one in your glovebox. Be careful which one you get - one has a clear white lens, and the other is like my glovebox light which has a 'smokey' white lens, which isn't as bright.
I just picked up a positive feed from the mobile phone holder on the passenger side of the kick panel. Just do a search for removing the centre console and the mobile phone plug.
Installation was easy.

just go to the spare parts counter and ask for a glove box light and switch. there the same parts as the console requires. you will have to run your own wires though as in my vyss there were no wires so i doubt they will be in your berlina.

You should have got the harness.. For VY you replace the power socket harness with the one that includes the light and it's all factory... the only mod is connecting the power socket 12v to the light 12v wire....
15 min job tops... Do a search, I wrote a short howto ages ago, and the part numbers are also in the part number thread.
