Monaro - Hothouse Green

Was it only the Series I Monaro that was available in Hothouse Green, or did it carry over to the Series II cars? I seem to remember that when Hothouse became available on the VY it stopped being available on the Monaro.

(Reason I ask is that I was at the Lions Den shop at Parra today and noticed they had a model of a Series II/III Monaro in Hothouse Green and I didn't think that was actually accurate...)

as far as i can remember it wasn't available on series 2 or 3.

strange thing is I saw a brand new VZ on the road the other day....and it was hothouse as well?

The Hot house colour came out in the VY range. Therefore it was on the series 2 monaro. then came the Purple for the VYII and now the Impulse for the VZ.

Well no, Hothouse first appeared on the Series I Monaro in 2001 and then became a VY colour in 2002. Doesn't necessarily mean it was available on the Series II Monaro and the VY at the same time (in the same way that there was a Series III Monaro in Impulse Blue and now the VZ Commo is available in that colour, but not the VZ Monaro).

Yeah this is true but they weren't as popular in the series 2 as what they made in the series 1's
