the eaton locker will it be available to retro fit to our current or only as a complete unit with the diff. Any idea on price

It will not fit into the original housing - totally different. :(

Price ... a little too early to be releasing the pricing (need to complete & test some first), but it will be very significantly less than the race-car 9" Ford version (http://www.harrop.com.au/root_folder/driveline_components/99-ahsg2525-00.html) we currently do.
