Cold re-start problem?

Drove the SV8 down the street this morning .. maybe <10C? Trip only took a few minutes, left the car idling in a carpark for a few minutes then switched it off. Realised I didn't want to do that, so immediately tried to restart it. Took four retries. Am I expecting to much of a SEFI/computer-controlled engine that it can restart in ALL conditions (eg. cold morning, thermostat ALMOST open?)

Anyone else had this problem before?

We never get those temps up here but I have never had that kind of problem before. Is your car edited?

Completely stock (I feel inadequate!?) I've had the occassional rough idle problem at different times - I think at lot of LS1s get this.

Never had a problem with cold starts in the morning and it gets below zero :eek:
Thats pre-edit, mafless-edit-1, mafless-edit-2 for cam :cool:

Check out the throttlebody there are controls (IAC) on it which can stick, which might not be helping the matter.
