Oh man, I think I would probably have prefered not to have read that story!
:(
Did it say when he brought them all?
Imagine how much the bloke he brought them off is kicking himself, if not all his mates would be!

What a waste .....
Can't understand why someone would go the obvious effort of acquiring all those Corvettes & not look after them better.
Maybe they were bought by some drug dealer who has been busted - but cars are hidden away so they can't be confiscated.

The story said he bought them for $500k of someone who won them all in a competition. (if i read it right...)

So whats the go here, this guy Peter Max just forgot he had 50 Vets!?!?!?

Whats going to happen to them now they have been found, that is what i want to know. Is someone going to clean them up and sell them. They going to spend another 30 Years collecting more dust?? Etc??

In the words of Pauline Hanson: Please Explain :soap:

Unfortunately it seems the twit still has plans to paint lovely flowers etc on them....

I wouldn't be surprised if now that it has received some media attention someone will step up & offer some $$ to buy the whole collection.....someone like Jay Leno jumps to mind..or maybe Chevrolet even..?

Anyone but this guy who want to just completely ruin possible one of the best car collections around..

'69 Corvette possibly one of the best looking cars of all time in my opinion.

This should be added to the list of crimes punishable by death.
